A support programme for men

Feeling down, anxious and not yourself? You are not alone. The group is free and to qualify you must live, work, study within the TMBC area. Group starting November 8th

Mindful Men invites you to get together in a safe space, to explore your mental wellbeing, share experiences and learn something new.

West Kent Mind will host the sessions and offer support to help you gain an improved understanding of how best to manage your wellbeing and where to look for support.
